visiting our site.
Within this page we will show you several
different types of construction. We are a Florida State Certified
Residential Contractor as well as a Florida State Certified Roofing
Contractor. We can handle your home building, remodeling, addition,
detached, or roofing project. Read below to preview a few different
types of construction with some example pictures from projects we have
completed.
Affordable Homes
An affordable home is home who's sales price does not exceed the median
home price within its area. An affordable home is also one that the
average family can comfortably afford to live in. Affordable homes
meet all the stringent Florida building code requirements and contain
everything your family will need at an affordable price. We can
build an affordable home in either traditional frame construction or with
concrete block construction. We have plenty of floor plans for you
to choose from.

Custom Homes
A custom home is for those interested in personalizing their home beyond
the basics. Building a custom home allows you to have more influence
about the style of your home than is available with an affordable home.
Have special requirements or special needs? Custom homes afford
consumers the opportunity to control layout, sizes, colors, textures,
trim, accessibility, and much more. As with an affordable home a
custom home can be build with frame or block construction methods.
It's up to you to choose which you prefer, after all its your Custom Home.

Panelized Homes
A panelized home is a great way to build either an affordable or a custom
home. They combine time-tested building methods with modern
technology to deliver customizable, energy-efficient, beautiful new homes.
The interior and exterior walls of a panelized home are built in a
climate-controlled facility which helps with speed and savings. The
walls are then erected on you slab in a matter of days. Panelized is
a great options for those interested in building a frame construction
house!
Modular
Homes
A modular home is also constructed in a climate controlled facility like a
panelized home. The difference is not only are the walls built at
the facility, nearly the whole home (approximately 90%) is built at
the factory. Once built the pieces of the home are transported by
truck and lifted into place on site with a crane. Depending on the
floor plan this can save time and money over traditional construction
methods. As with panelized, these homes are built to all the latest
building codes with frame construction. The modular homes we install
are factory certified with Energy Star rated energy efficiency standards.
A modular homes biggest advantage is that it can be built and ready to
live in within about a 6 week time-frame!

Roofing
- Shingle & Metal
A good roof in one of the most important parts of your house. What's
the old saying "you need a roof over your head". The most common
type of roofing is a Shingle roof. Shingles come in many shapes and
sizes, so we will have to talk about what's right for you. In our
central Florida climate you can expect an inexpensive shingle roof to last
anywhere from 10 to 15 years. With a higher grade shingle you can
expect it to last about 20 years. Even though you buy a "30 year
shingle" with Florida's tough climate you will most likely never get 30
years from a shingled roof.

On our roofs we go the extra mile. In the
example to the left you can see how we use not only one form of
valley protection, our valleys have 4 layers of
protection! Woven Felt Paper, peel-n-stick underlayment,
valley metal, and we weave our shingles to give it one more
layer of protection! No Leaking Valleys On This House! |

When you looking
for longevity you have to think Metal. A good steel roof is designed
to last 50 years, and with some maintenance can last much longer.
Metal roofs also come in many shapes and sizes so we would have to go over
your options. You can expect to pay about 2 to 3 times more for a
metal roof than a shingled roof. Steel roofs, depending on the color
and style, come with tax credits and some are Energy Star rated to help
with the energy efficiency of your home.
